As such, I provide research-based, life-changing, nutrition and lifestyle coaching for everyone. With a BA in Education, and as a certified Precision Nutrition Coach and also a Certified Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer, I use a structured, systematic, science-based approach, rather than guessing or assuming what to do. I then tailor the “science” around each client’s health status, body and personality type, and most importantly, their personal needs and desires, to offer a strategic set of progressive, practical, individualized action plans that bring long-term results and change.

I give you a state-of-the-art, science-based approach to nutrition and exercise to meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we will work with the Precision Nutrition Health App, Zoom calls and one-on-one nutrition coaching and personal training sessions. You are never alone in your quest to reach your goals!
Step 3: Working with Your Thoughts and Conditioned Belief Patterns
Ultimately, your mind drives your life! It is that inner voice that talks to you perpetually. It is made up of thoughts. Thoughts are powerful. They affect the deep limbic system of your brain, the part that governs your emotions and actions. The brain then releases chemicals that influence every cell in your body.
If your self-talk is mostly positive, you function well. If it is mostly negative, you experience stress, negative actions and poor lifestyle habits.
As a certified Hypnotherapist and Life Coach, I’ll work with you to banish negative and harmful thoughts and belief patterns through a combination of CBT, Guided Imagery and Powerful Affirmations.
You’ll receive not only one-on-one coaching sessions, but also coaching videos and audios, as I know the “inner game” and the “inner change” is the greatest gift I can give you!
