If, however, any action at law or in equity is brought to enforce or interpret the provisions of the Terms, the prevailing party in such action shall be entitled to recovery of reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

Product and/or Service Feedback

MVB-Health welcomes your feedback regarding many areas MVB-Health’s existing business. If you to send us your feedback, we request that you fill out the form on the contact us page. Please provide only specific feedback on our existing products or marketing strategies, but do not include any ideas that MVB-Health ‘s policy will not permit it to accept or consider.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

The Terms sets forth the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any and all prior and contemporaneous oral or written agreements or understandings between the parties in connection with the subject matter of the Terms. In such event, the parties agree that the court may impose any lesser restrictions it considers appropriate to protect the interests of the parties, as may be applicable.
